Florida Wildlife

In December 2021, I travelled from Boca Raton to Dry Tortugas National Park in Florida. I visited 3 National Parks and 2 State Parks along with many other areas. From this trip, I learned about various animals in the Florida area. Alligators and crocodiles coexist in the Everglades National Park. The Anhinga bird dries its feathers by resting with its feather spread so that it can dive deeper into the water to capture its meal. There are lettuce slugs. There are a LOT of white birds in the Everglades. Manatees don't come out of water much, so it's hard to get a good picture. I hope you enjoy these photos of these amazing creatures.
